1. We are happy to offer a full refund (excluding shipping) on items returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. It must also be in the original packaging.
3. For products purchased directly from WEAVEFairTrade.com proof of purchase is required.
